Somewhere a neighborSomewhere a neighbor is watching tv. I can hear it through the wall, muffled, voiceless, only sound. My mind talks that way sometimes; and I can't understand anything. And then sometimes I hear screaming, louder and louder and I want to cry, and often do. Just to make it stop, make the bleeding eavesdropping stop. And maybe it does. And when I wake up only a mumble, no distinction, only sounds.
